DELIVERY PROCESS
Instant Landscape Supplies works with a network of suppliers to deliver our products direct to your door. You will receive email notifications indicating the progress of your order and the expected time and day of delivery prior to delivery. We deliver 7 days a week and will do our best to deliver your order on or at the time a date specified by you during the order process or within 48 hours of receiving your order. Should we not be able to deliver your order within the specified time or on the specified day, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
DELIVERY RANGE
Instant Landscape Supplies will currently deliver anywhere within metropolitan Adelaide that has a postcode of 5000 to 5251 inclusive. As guidance, this is approximately the area bordered by Smithfield in the north, Noarlunga in the south, Henley Beach in the west and Mt Barker in the east.
If your postcode is outside this range we may still deliver to you for an additional charge.

DELIVERY COSTS
We will always attempt to minimise any delivery cost to you and you will have an opportunity to review our calculation during the order process prior to completing an order. Should you disagree with our calculation of delivery charges or require further explanation, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@instantlandscaping.com.au.
For any single product order up to and including 8 tonnes or 12 cubic meters, our delivery cost is fixed at $40 (including GST) anywhere within the delivery range. For any single product order greater than 8 tonnes or 12 cubic metres, the order will be comprised of multiple delivery charges in for each 8 tonne or 12 cubic metre order. For mixed orders we will deliver split loads via an 8 tonne truck of two products only up to 3 units, where a unit can be either a tonne or a cubic metre, in the ratios of 2:1 or 1:1. For orders of two products where the total units exceeds 3 or where three or more different products are ordered (>2), then at least two delivery trucks will be required and a total delivery cost will be based on a combination of the above charges. Note: Please be aware that some product mixing may occur when ordering mixed loads. In such cases, the mixing is minimal.
Total Delivery Cost Examples:
Single Product Delivery
A single product order of 8 tonnes = $40 (i.e. 1 x 8 tonne truck)
A single product order of 15 tonnes = $80 (i.e. 2 x 8 tonne truck)
A single product order of 12 cubic metres = $40 (i.e. 1 x 8 tonne truck)
A single product order of 20 cubic metres = $80 (i.e. 2 x 8 tonne truck)
Mixed Product Delivery
2 tonnes of one product and 1 tonne of another product = $40 (i.e. 1 x 8 tonne truck)
2 cubic metres of one product and 1 tonne of another product = $40 (i.e. 1 x 8 tonne truck)
1 cubic metre of one product and 1 cubic metre of another product = $40 (i.e. 1 x 8 tonne truck)
3 cubic metre of one product and 1 cubic metre of another product = $80 (i.e. 2 x 8 tonne truck) * Must be 3 units or less in total
2 tonnes of one product and 2 cubic metrea of another product = $80 (i.e. 2 x 8 tonne truck) * Must be 3 units or less in total
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
PLEASE RETAIN YOUR INSTANT LANDSCAPING SUPPLIES RECEIPT AS PROOF OF PURCHASE. THIS RECEIPT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY REFUND, RETURN OR CREDIT NOTE.
If you have a refund or return inquiry, please contact Instant Landscape Supplies on info@instantlandscaping.com.au. Instant Landscape Supplies must be notified within 7 days of initial product delivery if the customer believes they have claims for a refund, return or credit note. Instant Landscape Supplies reserves the right not to honor any notification received later than 7 days.
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds or accept returns simply because you:
• change your mind after ordering, or
• receive an order correctly in accordance with how it was placed, but then realize it was not what you were requiring.
Should the product that we deliver not be within specification, is in some way faulty, incorrectly described on the website, different from a sample shown to you or not be what you ordered, it will then be the responsibility and at the cost of Instant Landscape Supplies to arrange collection and return of the material. On such an occurrence, you will receive a full refund or full credit towards another order.
On agreement between Instant Landscape Supplies and the customer, products may not be required to be returned in order to receive a refund or credit note. However this is reviewed on a case by case basis and Instant Landscape Supplies are in no way obliged to exercise this option and at reserve all rights at all times.
